Kingii: The New Standard in Water Safety

Published

on

Kingii, an Indiegogo project, is a small wrist-worn floatee water security device you can use when you’re in trouble. It works by pulling the lever and the balloon will be activated which will pull you above water.

The wearable device is rechargeable, has a tiny built-in compass and a safety whistle so that you can help attract attention to your plight.

According to its creator Tom Agapiades, “I came up with this idea because I had a very good friend who drowned. This experience inspired me to develop a solution against drowning—one of the world’s leading causes of death. I didn’t want this to happen to anyone else.”

If you’d like to get one, the Kingii is on Indiegogo trying to raise funds so head on over for the details.
