Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Coron, Palawan (12.0ºN, 119.5ºE). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

Cloudy skies with light rains is expected over the regions of Cordillera, Ilocos and Cagayan Valley. Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and the regions of Eastern and Western Visayas, Caraga, SOCCSKSARGEN and Davao. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of the country

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds coming from the east to northeast will prevail over Visayas and Mindanao with slight to moderate seas.
