Cebu Governor Orders to Fix Potholes in Oslob ASAP

A Facebook post of a netizen recently went viral after his road trip experience in the south went not so well as their pick-up truck sustained damage caused by the potholes in Oslob Town in Cebu.

Cebu Provincial Governor Gwendolyn Garcia already took notice of this issue and ordered the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to fix the potholes in Oslob as soon as possible.

The pothole-ridden road can be seen along the national highway of the town, which is under the jurisdiction of DPWH.

Residents and commuters in the area have expressed their frustrations on social media regarding the potholes in Oslob.

Another post from a netizen also went viral a few days ago when they placed plants on the deep potholes in the said town.

Moreover, the Cebu Provincial government clarified that although the pothole-ridden road is located in the province, the budget and maintenance of it are the responsibility of DPWH. (ASC)
