American Rock Legends Firehouse in Concert For The First Time in The Philippines

Firehouse, the American glam metal band famous for 90’s hits like “I Live My Life For You,” “Love Of A Lifetime,” and “All She Wrote,” are headlining a major concert this year called Rock and Rebels: The Concert Series on November 21, 2015 at the Aboitiz Sports Field, Subangdaku, Mandaue City.

What with the brand being famous for its association with self-expression and the rock ‘n roll lifestyle, Rock and Rebels will also feature performances from nationally acclaimed Cebuano band Franco Suspitsados, who first made waves in the underground rock scene in Cebu and eventually making their way to rank among the country’s best acts. Franco Reyes, frontman of the group, is also credited for being a superb songwriter. Another Cebuano band Drop Decay is fronting during the concert. The band just recently released an album this year, touring in Cebu and in the capital.

Rock and Rebels is promoted by The Event Hive in partnership with Harley Davidson of Cebu. Justine Gloria, Creative Director of The Event Hive, says they are immensely excited to be partnered with the motorbike brand, and are making huge preparations for rock music and bike fans alike. This is also why they have also partnered up with events production company Spectrum to ensure quality production needs are met for the high profile bands playing on that night. Gloria adds that “Cebu is known for its talented pool of musicians from varying genres and styles, and we wanted an event that adds to the diversity that this city is already so proud of.”
