US President Donald Trump and North Korean top leader Kim Jong Un, are scheduled to meet at 9 a.m. Singapore time on June 12, the White House said on Monday.

In a press briefing, White House spokesperson Sarah Sanders also said that the US advance team now in Singapore “is finalizing logistical preparations and will remain in place until the summit begins.”

“The discussions have been very positive and significant progress has been made,” she said.
