Forecast: Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms is expected over Central and Western Visayas. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening will prevail over the rest of Visayas. Light to moderate winds coming the East to Northeast will prevail over whole Visayas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
