SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 300 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.8N, 129.0E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting Eastern Section of Southern Luzon.

FORECAST:
Visayas, and the provinces of Palawan and Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Strong to gale force winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Eastern Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to very rough. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.
