SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon is affecting Luzon. Tail-End of a Cold Front is affecting the Eastern Visayas and the Eastern section of Mindanao.

FORECAST:

Palawan and Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Occidental Mindoro will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers.

Strong to gale force winds from the Northeast will prevail over Eastern Visayas and its coastal waters will be rough to very rough. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas with moderate to rough seas.
