Things in my life aren’t always rosy. How can trusting God’s plan for my future help me live today?

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” Psalm 32:8

As a heaven-bound follower of Jesus Christ (if you received Him as your Lord and Savior), put heaven and earth in perspective. Here, you will probably live for less than a hundred years. In heaven, 100 million years will still be just the beginning. Amazingly, God has determined that how you live during your short time on earth will prepare you for heaven. Wondering what unique role God has planned for us in eternity gives meaning to our troubles and adversity today.

“But for you who revere my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.” Malachi 4:2
