Three Students Nabbed with P2-M Worth of Drugs in Lapu-Lapu City

Over P2 million worth of shabu were recovered from three students in a buy-bust operation on March 3, 2019 in Lapu-Lapu City.

Operatives from Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency Regional Office 7 (PDEA RO 7) and Lapu-Lapu City Police conducted the buy-bust operation around 5:50 pm, in Brgy. Pusok in the said city and arrested 3 students, one of them is a minor.

The operatives identified the suspects as John Añalucas, 21; Mhar Abarri, 21 and a 16 year old boy.

350 grams of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride also known as ‘shabu’ with an estimated value of P2,380,000 were recovered from the three suspects.

P3,000 worth of cash were also recovered, suspected proceeds of illegal drug transactions. (ASC)
