‘The Rock’

With so much change and instability in the world, I’m afraid. What can help me?

“But whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm.” Proverbs 1:33

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.” Matthew 7L24

When you build your life on God’s truth, you have a solid foundation that will not crack under the world’s pressures. When you are a Christian, your safety and security are based on the assurance that God is with you. Without Him, you stand alone. With Him, you can face life with great courage.

“He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.” Psalm 40:2
