Tarlac Police Undergo Digital Communication Training

Personnel of 304th Maneuver Company (MC) under the Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) 3 went through a digital communication training conducted by the Philippine Information Agency.

Topics discussed were Basics of News Writing and Responsible Sharing of Information.

“The seminar aims to enhance the knowledge of our personnel on reporting, news writing and social media handling which is essential in the performance of our duties,” Deputy Company Commander Police Captain Leonard Prudente Bullanday said.

He underscored the said training is likewise vital in the conduct of operational and community relations activities as they carry-out the company’s mission, programs and campaigns.

These include tree planting activity, outreach programs, medical missions and lectures in schools on social media awareness, anti-terrorism and anti-illegal drugs.

RMFB 3, comprised of 6 companies including the 304th MC, is mandated to conduct Internal Security Operations and reinforce/support other police units under the area of jurisdiction in the conduct of Public Safety Operations, Special Police Operations and Law Enforcement Operations with the active support of the community.
