Tacloban Police Wraps Dry Run for Papal Motorcade

Police personnel in Tacloban City on Wednesday wrapped up preparations for Pope Francis’ motorcade during his visit to Leyte on Saturday.

Report said some police personnel and vehicles were mobilized near the city Astrodome before 8 a.m. for the dry run.

A papal motorcade will be held amid possible rainy weather as PAGASA warned of possible heavy rain in Leyte this Saturday.

On Saturday, Pope Francis will lead a Mass in Tacloban City and have lunch with survivors of recent calamities in Palo town.
