Aside from subdivision and condominium projects, the Villar Group of Companies has finally brought its community mall as they opened Starmall in Talisay City, Cebu.

The opening of Starmall attests the group’s dedication of building communities by bringing the shopping experience and convenience closer to the communities since it is proximity to their Camella Azienda.

Starmall serves as an home extension for Talisay residents with its selection of restaurants, bars, and cafes to hang out. The mall is also replete with indoor and alfresco choices. It also offers a convenient urban getaway for families and professionals, whether they are out for a purchase or a luncheon, for business or pleasure.

During the grand opening day, Vista land and Lifescapes, Inc. chairman Manny Villar also led the ribbon cutting of 13 tenants who opened their stores within the mall.

The two-storey mall has 40 tenants who can provide not just what residents want, but what residents need.

Leading the diverse line-up of tenants are Starmall’s anchor stores – All Shoppe Department Store, All Home Furniture and Appliance Center, and the Wellcome Supermarket, a Rustan’s Group owned supermarket brand.

Other tenants are Jollibee (with drive thru), Kusina ni Gerry’s ng Gerry’s Grill, Hanyz Inato Seafoods Restaurant, Bo’s Coffee, Rose Pharmacy, Executive Optical, Quantum Amusement, LBC Express, CDR King, RC Goldline Telecom, MyFace n’ MyNails Salon, Teeth Care Clinic, and Salon de Rose.

Also, future tenants include Chowking, Red Ribbon, Fr. Landz, World Balance, Bench, Rusty Lopez, Bread n’ Butter (apparel), Link (apparel), Kumon Learning Center, Western Union, and Core Pacific Money Changer.

The mall hours start at 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

As part of the Villar’s company’s plan to open 100 shopping malls in the next few years, another Starmall will rise in Mactan next year.

Other Starmalls are located in Las Pinas City, EDSA SHAW, Mandaluyong City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, and Taguig City.
