Solare: Primary Homes Inc.’s Latest Project Launched

“At Solare, owning your dream house does not have to cost a fortune because we offer a wide range of affordable units and flexible financing,” Mr. Ramero Espina, vice president for Sales and Marketing of Primary Homes Inc. said.

With a price range of 2.5M to 4.7M, Primary Homes launched its latest House and Lot project yesterday, July 27, 2015 at Maribago, Mactan.
Compared to Primary Homes’ previous projects, Solare is made more affordable, targeting the lower-mid market.

Situated in an open and relaxing atmosphere, Solare is surrounded by beautiful beach resorts— a popular destination for jet skiing, diving, parasailing, banana boat riding and other sea activities, and graced with an elegant entrance with guard house for security.

espinaIt also features a multi-purpose hall, basketball court, and play areas where residents and their own families can enjoy.

“Beach is just 5 minutes away.” Mr. Espina said.

“We’ve built Solare with the family in mind. We have incorporated into the development amenities that promote celebration of life’s special moments,” he added.

Inspired by Mediterranean theme, Solare has 139 single detached units available in four various designs: Hidalgo Royale, Turriano, Palacios Grande and Hermoso.

Each unit is equipped with Spanish-tiled canopy, arched window molding, long span pre-painted roof, solid exterior walls, superior residential plumbing and electrical system, landscaped front garden, elegantly painted ceiling and room partitions, tiled flooring, bedroom closets, stylish bathroom fixtures, kitchen counter with sink and built-in kitchen cabinets.

It is also equipped with own parking lots that “can fit 2 cars,” Espina added.

Despite the believed pressing threat of surplus of condominiums and house and lot projects in Cebu, Primary Homes is confident with Solare to be patronized by the people.

“Naa man gihapoy aspirations ang mga middle market to own a house and lot,” (People in the middle market still have aspirations to own a house and lot.) Ms. Michelle Cutang, PHI’s Marketing Manager said.

“Grabe ang impact sa migration dire sa Cebu. There’s still a need. Kulang gihapon sa housing,” (Migration in Cebu has a great impact. There’s still a need. We still lack housing projects.”) Espina added.

18 months after the launching, Primary Homes Inc. will once again turnover another signature of quality homes to the people through Solare (which means “my sunshine,”) as it helps the buyers “Live the Bright Life”.
