Siam Cuisine, the leader of authentic Thai dishes loved by Cebuanos celebrated its 5th year anniversary last November 15, with a fresh batch of fine and flavorful recipes added to their exceptional menu.

Siam at The Terraces Ayala offers new and bold Southeast Asian dish favorites such as the Fried Lobster Garlic, Steamed Lobster Garlic, Buttered Fish in Garlic, Thai Chicken Kawali, Hot Prawn with Fruit Salad and Steamed Seafood Curry which serves as their signature dish.

Asked about what’s next on Siam, Owner Anthony Balreich quipped “Siam is pure Thai, its new concept, new ambiance and new food are the things we want our customers to look forward to.”

The restaurant brings the original zest of Thai cuisine to its customers through their true-blue Thai chefs namely Chanon Piache, Yutthaisong Worachat and Suphap Tubhongsa who have been in the business for years.

Ballreich shares that the key to Siam’s success like any other business is all about “working hard and loving one’s job”.

Siam’s other branches include Siam by Krua Thai in Mactan Marina Mall, Blue Elephant in I.T. Park Lahug, and a franchise in Iloilo and soon also in Cagayan de Oro.
