Quest Hotel Offers ‘Halo-Halo Travelogue’ and ‘Make-Your-Own Umami Burger’ for Summer

Summer…what comes into your mind? Ice cold beverages and delectable offering for the sweet tooth, like Halo-Halo! Of course, who would forget this all-time favorite Filipino delight in this time of the year?! Indeed, summer is the best time to bring out those ice cold cubes in the glass or bowl and the savory ingredients of Halo-Halo.

But, did you know that it’s not only in the Philippines where Halo-Halo is served? Yes, Halo-Halo is likewise an ultimate desert offering in countries like Japan, Korea, China, Thailand and Malaysia, and this is what Quest Hotel in their ‘Halo-Halo Travelogue’ is offering until the month of May, featuring six kinds of Halo-Halo versions from the said countries, including Philippines. Let us get to know each type of Halo-Halo and the ingredients poured into each of it.

Having known the ingredients and the names used for each version of the Halo-Halo and called in the respective countries, it seems that Philippines’ is the most classic one and has the most number of the ingredients. Well, that says for the food-loving Filipinos! Halo-Halo Travelogue is available ate the Pool Bar daily.

Not only that, Quest Hotel Conference Center-Cebu also offers their ‘Make-Your-Own Umami Burger’, where you can have your Umami burger cooked the way you want it to be and with the ingredients of your choice. Meat options namely fish meat (tuna and cream dory), beef, pork with 30% and 50% fat, and chicken are available for your patty. Various kinds of condiments and garnish that will complete your burger’s perfect taste are also arrayed. The Umami burgers come in small portions that more of slider sizes allow guests to enjoy the other selection available at the buffet.
