Primary Homes Launches New Incentive Program for Agents

As a way of showing gratitude, Primary Homes Incorporated (PHI) has rolled out a multi-million incentive program for their partners, who have sold millions of PHI properties over the year.

The new incentive program called the “Perfect 10” which is made up of 10-award categories namely rewards, recognition, raffles, resources, relief, real estate scholarship, retirement, reload, rice and relax.

Under Rewards category, the selling agent gets point values for every sale made equivalent to one (1) point for every PhP 100,000; Recognition gives prizes to top performing agents and brokers; Raffle is every Partner’s Appreciation Night wherein PHI will be raffling off house and lot or other major prizes; Resources supports agents and brokers thru marketing collaterals and other materials need for marketing; Relief gives agents benefits such as Philhealth, HMO coverage and other health-related services for free; Real Estate scholarship will be also giving away to agents through TESDA courses where they can learn new skills.

Adding to the incentive program are Retirement benefit through SSS contribution, a communication called Reload where agents are given free mobile load of up to 800 pesos.

Their latest incentive- the Relax, a spa treatment and wellness program for PHI partners to give them time to unwind and re-energize.
