Poops-buster?

Funny., although it might come offensive especially in your mid-meal, all apology, yet this one strikes an avalanche of thought among Cebuanos, especially the “wala’y lingaws”.

On one face, it throws a grenade of mockery over the petty ordinance that the councilmen spend millions of gray matter for. On the other, it tickles slowly somewhere down your ribs where you could hardly decide whether to laugh or  to laugh boisterously like no one’s watching.

Seriously now, one will be amazed to see it. This somehow tells various funny stories. It might remind us of the typical  Cebuano values of cleanliness with the strikta attitude or it might be just a toughie reminder that dumps off vandals in the street, or, it is one way of making one community free from unknown poops.

Whatever comes to mind, it’s surely a Cebuano thing within .Pastilan!
