PHL Partly Cloudy with Isolated Rain- PAGASA

The nation’s weather agency said isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are expected over the entire country Tuesday, while the easterlies, winds from the east, will affect Luzon and the Visayas.

It added that easterlies will bring warm weather and brief rain especially over the eastern part of the country.

PAGASA also said winds will be moderate to occasionally strong from the northeast to east over Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough. In some parts of the country, winds will also be light to moderate coming the northeast to east, with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
