PH Top 3 SEA Games Medal Tally

Currently, in third place in this 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games), the Philippines bagged 10 medals yesterday increasing the country’s total medal count to 108.

As of May 17, 2022, at 9:30 AM, the country now has 108 medals, including 30 golds, 34 silvers, and 44 bronzes.

SEA Games host Vietnam still leads the medal tally with 196 medals in total, with 88 golds, 53 silvers, and 55 bronzes.

Meanwhile, Thailand comes in second place in the medal tally bagging 36 golds, 38 silvers, and 51 bronzes — 125 medals in total.

Singapore is in fourth place with 77 medals total, including 24 golds, 24 silvers, and 29 bronzes.

Fifth place in Indonesia with 23 golds, 24 silvers, and 30 bronze — 88 total medals.

The top five countries are followed by Malaysia in sixth place with 84 total medals (19 golds, 23 silvers, and 42 bronzes), followed by Myanmar in seventh place with 18 medals in total (4 golds, 5 silvers, and 9 bronzes).

Cambodia is in eighth place with 15 medals in total (1 gold, 4 silvers, and 10 bronzes), followed by Brunei Darussalam in ninth place with three medals in total (1 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze).

Meanwhile, Laos is in tenth place with 14 medals in total (1 silver and 13 bronzes), and Timor Leste is in eleventh place with only one silver. (ASC)
