PB Business as Usual

Despite the heavy campaign schedule, the provincial board of Cebu province resumes session today at the Capitol legislative building.

With 11 board members present, presiding chairman Julian Daan declared a quorum and continued the scheduled order of business.

Among the board members present in the session hall were: Honorables Arleigh Sitoy, Joven Mondigo, Sr., Sergio Restauro, Sun Shimura, Miguel Magpale, Jude Thaddeus Sybico, Peter John Calderon, Jose Ribomapil Holganza, Thadeo Ouano, and Aladin Caminero.

In today’s session,the board is set to discuss resolutions sponsored by PB member Sitoy which tackles the authority of the acting governor Agnes Magpale to sign a memorandum of Agreement in behalf of Cebu Province.

Also scheduled today are the pertinent readings of ordinances including PB member Mondigo’s resolution requesting investigation on the shooting last April 5 in Bogo Cebu which allegedly involves a high ranking police officer.
