Pangutingkay ni Serge O sa Proyekto sa Tugpahanan sa Mactan may Basehanan!
The concerns of Sen. Serge Osmeña are well-founded. Why the haste of DOTC in awarding the P17.5B contract about the Mactan-Cebu International Airport passenger terminal to the GMR-Megawide Consortium?
It is not that Serge is prompted in his action as claimed by his detractors that he is just trying to impede the plan to let go of the much-needed rehabilitation work for the MCIAA airport because he was batting for another group of bidders who lost in getting the contract awarded to them but based on his strongly supported petition filed with the Supreme Court seeking to nullify the award, hope is not lost that the people’s primary interest for its sublime welfare to obtain a straightforward contract based on the reliable records of accomplishment by a prospective contractor is rightfully protected, promoted, and enforced.
