Panagtagay Nauli sa Pagmahay

The case where Capitol workers were caught red-handed with hard drinks in their hands did not actually happen inside the Capitol office but located somewhere in a street not far away from it. It was the governor’s driver who allegedly caught those workers drinking outside during office hours.

And the governor after receiving the report from his driver went to the place to verify if it was true. And true it was that one in the group even tried to offer the governor a “shot” of what they were drinking. The governor politely declined the offer but asked the group if they were doing it while they were “on the clock?” But they allegedly told him they made “undertime.” The governor verified it when he went back to his office and found out they were telling a lie. That is why, I made a kind of suggestion in a better way, to give them only a “suspension” as a kind of a stern warning for finding a job these days in our place in Cebu is not easy. And I also want to sympathize with those guys because during my younger days I also was a “habitual drinker.” Hehehe!
