PAGASA: ITCZ to Bring Rains in Most Parts of Mindanao

Most parts of Mindanao will experience rains on Wednesday as an intertropical convergence zone affects southern Mindanao, state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

It its advisory, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will prevail over Zamboanga Peninsula, ARMM, Misamis Occidental, Lanao Del Norte, Sultan Kudarat, South Cotabato, Sarangani and Davao Oriental.

The rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, the state weather bureau added.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow from southeast to south with slight to moderate seas. (PNA) JMC/MCCA/EBP
