P47-M Worth of Drugs Nabbed in Mandaue
A 24 year old drug peddler was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Cubacub, Mandaue City on February 8, 2019.
Operatives from PDEA RO VII, RID 7, RSOG 7, PDEG 7, Mandaue CIB, and Cebu City DEU conducted the buy-bust operation and arrested Charlie Fortuna, a resident of Naga City, Cebu.
Fortuna yielded 8 packs of suspected shabu weighing 7 kilograms with a market value of P47.6 million.
Assorted drug paraphernalia were also recovered in the scene.
Fortuna is now detained and will face charges in violation of R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Acts of 2002. (ASC)
