Obskura : Fest of the Obscure

San Miguel Beer, The Chillage, Casino Ethyl Alcohol, Lecit –E, Omega Pain Killer, Bioderm and Golden Peak present Obskura : Fest of the Obscure on March 21, 2015 at The Chillage. The event will be a mix of local indie music, live art session, food and drinks.

Local indie music will be delivered to us by bands Honeydrop, Snubear, Foc Fashion, Sunday Sunday, Three Legged Men, MadeByMachina, Luxxx, GlitchCity, Dance with Me Kris and Kids Acting School.

Live art will be from Soika, The Bart Brothers, Rotten & Ted Paraiso.

Obscura which hails from the term camera obscura is an optical device that led to photography and the camera. The device consists of a box or room with a hole in one side. Light from an external scene passes through the hole and strikes a surface inside, where it is reproduced, rotated 180 degrees (thus upside-down), but with color and perspective preserved. The image can be projected onto paper, and can then be traced to produce a highly accurate representation.
