Not Connected

“When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.” Galatians 5:19-21

Fruits of the Holy Spirit cannot be produced in our lives if we aren’t connected to the vine, Jesus Christ. If we are not connected, we are left to follow our sinful desires. How much better to be connected to Christ and let Him produce His fruit for us! Let us get connected by receiving Him today as Lord and Savior of our lives, fully surrendering everything to Him and repenting our sins. Not to mention, that is the meaning of making Him “Lord” and “Savior”. Bible reading will lead us to much knowledge about Him, that connects us to Him.

“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5
