Phoenix Petroleum is the first of Hayco Fuel Enterprise. The Haycos also run Port Restaurant in Waterfront Lahug, Beverly View and the Dancesport Team Cebu City led by its patriarch Edward Hayco. Erika said that she chose to franchise Phoenix among other fuel brands because, the firm is supportive and is very hands-on on their partnerships. According to her, she not only aims to earn money out from the business, but aims to help the community grow as well.

Zorilla on the other hand said that their partnership with their dealers is strong and good. “In Phoenix, we treat everyone as a family, a customer,” he said.

PNX aims to open 100 stations all over the Philippines this year, with a targeted number of 62 in Cebu. It has a total of 400 stations nationwide currently, and looks forward to opening 35 more branches in the Visayas.

Phoenix is a Davao-based independent oil company that started with 0% market share, and which now sits as the No. 1 petroleum company in the country. When asked about what sets Phoenix apart from other fuel institutions, Zorilla pointed out that it is the quality, affordable products they offer, great service, and the value they give towards the company by investing heavily on their brand and marketing. Not to mention, Phoenix is the Official Petroleum Partner of the NBA in the Philippines.

One of their products is the Premium 98 which has better quality than other brands, but priced at a cost-efficient rate. Phoenix Petroleum in Umapad, Mandaue is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
