New Minglanilla Dad Takes Oath

Published

on

New Minglanilla town councilor Jaime Caumeran took his oath of office before Gov. Hilario Davide III to replace the late councilor and former mayor Eduardo Selma.

Selma died of complications from pneumonia last February.

Caumeran was endorsed by Alayon Party, which had recently pledged its allegiance to Davide, a Liberal Party big wig. The newly installed councilor was sworn in by the governor last Sept. 16 at the Capitol.
