New Guinness World Record on the Largest Serving of ‘Lechon’

World Guinness Adjudicator Lucia Sinigagliesi answers questions in a media interview after the proclamation of the Philippines’ 4,045-kilogram new World Record on the largest serving on roast pork during the Calata Corporation’s “Lechon Party” held on Sunday (Nov. 8, 2015) at the Liwasang Aurora, Quezon Memorial Circle, Quezon City.
