Joyfulness

“Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again–rejoice!” Philippians 4:4

“Always be joyful,” 1 Thessalonians 5:16

When you become a Christian, there are many areas in life that are very serious -confronting sin and its consequences, fighting evil and church discipline. But there is also great delight in knowing that God loves us, has a plan for us, and had made this wonderful world for us. He tells us to walk with Him and serve Him ENTHUSIASTICALLY. The Bible urges us to walk with and serve God with all our being, with an enthusiasm that comes from the deep appreciation and honor within our hearts and souls, that He saved us. Joy and enthusiasm light the fire of everyday life and service to Him.
