However, excessive drinking can cause the body to overheat, which can result in a chemical imbalance and a breakout of pimples.

Constipation. Caffeinated tea contains a substance called theophylline. The body becomes dry and dehydrated because of drinking too much milk tea, which can lead to severe constipation.
