GrandLand Talks About Amani Grand Residences

Another of GrandLand, the Amani Grand Residences is set to mark the new standard of residential resort living in Mactan.

Located at Matumbo-Pusok Road, Pusok, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Amani Grand Residences is a six medium rise, low density condominium community that is accessible, affordable, and complements Cebu’s rich cultural heritage and lifestyle with its Modern Asian theme.

According to GrandLand President Ryan Go, Amani Grand Residences will have six floors of residential units in each building, with 30 units per floor. While some areas, will be commercial areas for spaces like restaurants, convenience shop, offices and service shops. He said that the project targets the expat community in Cebu like the Japanese and Koreans, who are rampant in the vicinity.

Nestled in a private 2.2 hectare enclave, Amani Grand boasts of amenities like more spacious and bigger facilities–a distinct characteristic of the development from other existing ones in the island–and rooms that have higher ceilings. It also features ventilated Atriums, which make up as walkways for residents–another mark of Amani. Among others, there are likewise lagoon, pathwalk/jogging trail and basketball court in the condominium project.

Grand Land’s other developments are City Homes in Mandaue City and Grand Residences in Banilad, Cebu City. Grand Land is a member of the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies. The architecture behind Amani Grand will be ArchiGlobal under the leadership of Archt. Mike Torres.
