Captures from the Grand Chamber Awards Night

A dazzling evening filled each guest, colleague and partner of Cebu  Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) as it culminated its Cebu  Business Month 2013 (CBM ’13) celebration with the Grand Chamber  Awards & Fellowship Night last June 28.

Power Team with committees ICT & BPO, Creative Industries & Advocacy,  Entrepreneurship, Tourism and Grand Chamber Awards Night itself, led  by over-all CBM ’13 chair Melanie Ng, under the presidency of Lito  Maderazo, went cheers and charms to end the month-long jubilee.

As part of the event, Cebuano entrepreneurs were awarded for their  significant contributions in the business arena, that have helped  shaped Cebu into what it is today as a destination that is globally  competitive in the areas of tourism, technology, and concepts, arts  and culture among others.

Educational institutions here in Cebu were also recognized during the  event, for their commitment and dedication to produce majority of the  professionals who comprise the province’s workforce.

Entertainment from Cebu’s very own Renaissance Band, Knapsack Dancers,  Sakdap, Junior Troubadors and Anna Fegi were also a spectacle in the  night.

GMA Network’s Jennelyn Mercado serenaded the crowd with jazz music.

CCCI had its theme “Excite Cebu! Power Up Global Business” for this  year’s CBM. The mission is to experience Cebu’s different sectors  towards powering up for global competitiveness. It launched two maiden  events, the Great Cebu Sale and the Cebu Run for the Rivers.
