The “EKO Fest” launch held at the Northwing of SM City Cebu last June  15 was a nutshell of all the masterpieces of the virtuoso  artists of sorts in Cebu which is something every Cebuano can truly be proud of. Eko  Fest is one of the lined up events in the ongoing Cebu Business Month celebration of Cebu Chamber Commerce and Industry (CCCI).

Cebuano models wearing couture green and white dresses by homegrown  designers mused the audience as they catwalked their way towards the  entrance of the exhibit. Famous local designer and as they call him, ” Cary Santiago greeted  the guests in his white couture dress creation visible at the entrance  of the exhibit. Popular speaker dock Loudbasstard complements the  exhibit, grabbing attention from music aficionados from the guests.

Also a notable installation of art from the exhibit is “Napagan Ang  Pagan”  by Murillo’s Export International, Inc., which caught the attention  of many, mostly  amongst the spectators. The art exhibit is a fusion of pop  art, and industrial colors, making it appear as a working machine.  “Sine Sine” composer Insoy Niñal and his band Missing Filemon filled  warmth at the atrium performing their hit bisaya song “Lakbay Lakbay”  which sent listeners singing along with Niñal.
