GABII SA KABILIN 2014 (A Night of Heritage)

Guests and participants on Friday visited the well lit Yap-Sandiego Ancestral House in corner Mabini and Lopez-Jaena Streets, Cebu City. The Yap-Sandiego Ancestral House, along with other museums and heritage places in Cebu, is a regular participant of this annual event. This old residential structure, also among the oldest houses in the Philippines, was built out of coral stones and wood during the late 17th century by a family of Chinese merchants then residing in Parian.
