Filinvest Brings “I Own My Dream” Advocacy to Cebu

Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) steps up to its advocacy to help Filipinos build their dream and ‘own it’ with its campaign caravan and property festival in Cebu last Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015.

FLI believes Filipinos would have a better understanding of the I Own My Dream campaign as Richard Yap, Dream Advocate and Brand Ambassador personifies it by “representing Filipino dreamers like him who is now enjoying great success simply because he dared to pursue his dreams.” Senior Vice President and Visayas and Mindanao Cluster Head Tristan Las Marias said.

“I started off with just an ordinary guy who had a dream. With passion and hard work, I eventually owned it,” Yap complimented.

It was in Banilad, Cebu City where the Gotianun’s (FLI founders) built their first residential subdivision in the 1960s. Since then, Filinvest has become one of the largest, most-trusted and diversified real estate developers in the country with over 150 ongoing residential developments in 45 key cities and 18 provinces across the country.

Inspired the success story of its founders, FLI pushed to advocate I Own My Dream to empower Filipinos to work hard to achieve their dream of a better life and brighter future for their loved ones.

With this campaign, we want to motivate new generations of Filipino dreamers and doers,” Las Marias added. The property festival showcased key projects in Cebu including the exclusive seaside residential enclaves in Cebu’s newest lifestyle capital, the 50-hectare City di Mari (City by the Sea) in South Road Properties (SRP) —- the Amalfi and Sanremo Oasis. It also featured the mid-rise condominium One Oasis at the uptown district of Mabolo, Cebu.

Las Marias believes that Filinvest would continually mark its success in Cebu.

Aside from being a potential market, Cebu has been in fact, a witness to how Filinvest has developed through the years.
