Entire PHL Cloudy with Isolated Rain-PAGASA

State weather agency on Wednesday said the whole country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, mostly over the eastern areas.

PAGASA added humidity and rain showers are due to the easterlies – the warm winds from the east. It said that winds will be moderate to occasionally strong from the northeast to east over Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Over the Visayas, PAGASA said winds will be light to moderate from the northeast to east, and from the northeast to north over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
