Eastern Communications recently held the Eastern Transcendence Summit, a virtual event attended by global and local industry leaders who aim to support businesses as they move forward.

Continuing its commitment to support companies amid the widespread disruption brought about by the pandemic, the Eastern Transcendence Summit addressed the needs for businesses to achieve agility, resiliency, productivity, and more through leveraging technology.

The virtual summit was attended by Enterprise and SME companies across the country as Eastern Communications brought together motivational speakers and industry experts to rally leaders to rethink
the way they do business, optimize learning and initiate change.

Jonathan Yabut, Asia’s Millennial Guru on Career Management, Leadership & Digital Marketing and one of the keynote speakers, tackled transcending business frontiers in the now normal and encouraged business leaders and IT managers to never hesitate in investing in technology.

“As leaders, as business owners, continue exploring technology because you will never know what you will be able to stumble on that will eventually propel your business to more success. Embrace new ways
because it can also help you in managing people,” Yabut said.

Meanwhile, Best Selling Author, Renowned Speaker, and Sought-After Leadership Coach, Sgt. Lloyd Luna, PAFR shared his struggles since the pandemic and how it transformed him. With businesses facing challenges nowadays, Luna presented the Intentional Transformation Framework
composed of Disruption, Realization, and Creation which encourages the audience to acknowledge the problem, plan a solution, and bring it to life.
