Citrineland Corp. Unveils First Subdivision Project in Talisay City

With the roaring demand of the housing market in Cebu City, the Citrineland Corporation has unveiled its first housing project named Harmonis Residences.

Harmonis Residences is nestled in Tabunok, Talisay City, Cebu (beside St. Scholastica Academy), spanned to a 6, 928 square-meter land area.

The development is set to have 63 well-arranged housing units with design options include Single-attached and Townhouse units.

The price of each unit is ranging from PhP 1.9 M to PhP 3 M, depending to the type of the house unit.

Citrine Land also sets off plans to build other housing as well as vertical developments in the near future.

For the Citrine Land officers, “they have to deliver first what they promised (well-developed real estate projects)” before starting off another real estate development to meet the needs of the people.
