Cebuana Developer Beverly Dayanan of Contempo Property Holdings Inc. Wins Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship 2015 Award for Philippines

Beverly Dayanan, Founder and CEO of Contempo Property Holdings Inc., a dynamic real estate development company in Cebu, was named Most Promising Entrepreneur in the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (APEA )2015.

Asia Pacific’s Most Prestigious Awards for Entrepreneurship is a world-class award recognizing body that honors business leaders who have shown outstanding performance and tenacity in developing successful businesses within the region.

Organized by Enterprise Asia, a non-government organization with a mission to champion entrepreneurship across Asia, the awards aim to band together leading entrepreneurs across the region to spur greater innovation, fair practices and growth in entrepreneurship. It hopes to be a platform to encourage continued leadership towards sustainable economic development for the region. Awardees are expected to be torchbearers of entrepreneurship and business leaders in their respective countries, and adhere to a strict standard of personal and business ethics.

This year’s Most Promising Entrepreneur awardee, Ms. Beverly M. Dayanan, a Cebuana who rose from an underprivileged past to become Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Contempo Property Holdings Inc. through sheer hard work, determination and focused positive attitude, is a respected businesswoman and regarded by her business peers as a trailblazer.
