Cebu Landmasters Inc. Opens MesaTierra Showroom in Davao City

Cebu-based and publicly-listed real estate firm Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) recently opened its MesaTierra Garden Residences showroom right in the heart of Davao City.

Located at the ITH building along the corner of Quirino Street, Davao City, the much-awaited showroom and sales office reflects MesaTierra’s signature appeal as a refreshing garden community amidst the progressive and booming city.

“We are inviting Davaoenos to visit our newly-opened MesaTierra Garden Residences showroom. We are now open and ready to serve you,” CLI Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jose R. Soberano III.

Housing a scale model of the wonderfully designed garden community of MesaTierra, the showroom seeks to inspire visitors by showing the 5.69-hectare development in its entirety.

To give the visitors a taste of the beautiful garden living experience, the showroom also showcases studio deliverable units and furnished studio and combined units.

“Through the showroom, we hope to immerse our visitors into the MesaTierra experience. While modern in its extensive use of glass and wood material, the showroom is designed to be in harmony with nature,” said Soberano.

The 250-sqm showroom is wrapped in full-length curtain walls, with the glass structure letting natural light in during daytime while serving as a beacon of light at night.

“With MesaTierra, we offer a relaxing and refreshing garden environment complete with a swimming pool and a sky garden. With the amenities offered, you can unwind and relax after a long day.” said Soberano.

Other amenities include a spa pool, fitness gym, jogging trails, playroom and, prayer room.

In only 6 months since its launch last March 2017, MesaTierra Garden Residences is sold at 85%.

This garden-inspired development is a joint venture under YES Inc. and is developed and managed by Cebu Landmasters in partnership with Yuson Comm Investments.
