CCCI’s Effective Customer Retention Seminar Set on August 18

It has always been a challenge for every Sales and Marketing personnel on how to attract new customers as well as persuade existing customers to patronize their company’s product/ service. The secret to this is to establish a good relationship towards the customers.

Thus, to capacitate MSMEs in improving their relationship to their customers, the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) in partnership with AGF Philippines will hold an “Effective Customer Retention and Satisfaction” seminar on August 18, 2016 at Golden Prince Hotel and Suites.

Marketing Managers, Sales Executives, Customer and Public Relations Managers/ Supervisors are encouraged to participate as they will gain the knowledge and skills to manage their customers more effectively.

At the end of the seminar participants will learn how to: Identify and assess customer expectations to meet customer needs; Set customer service standards to ensure that customers receive a consistent experience; Manage customer expectations to increase customer satisfaction; Resolve issues in accordance with organizational procedures; and Maintain and improve relationships to enhance customer retention.

Registration fee is Php 2,250.00 for CCCI members and Php 2,500.00 for non-CCCI members. Group discounts are also available. The rates are inclusive of training/ seminar kits, Certificate of Attendance and meals.
