BPI Advisory: System Update

Bank of the Philippines Islands is updating its 24/7 Banking system software this weekend.

As a result of this update, BPI Express Online, BPI Mobile, and BPI Phone Banking services will be unavailable on Sunday, November 8, 2015, from 12:00 am (midnight) to 6:00 am.

In addition, on Monday, November 9, 2015, from 2:00 am to 4:00 am, BPI ATMs will be unavailable for any transaction and BPI Debit Cards will be unable to transact with any ATM or POS terminal.

BPI urges clients to plan their ATM, online, mobile and phone banking transactions accordingly.
