FORECAST: Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with occasional rains due to Southwest monsoon. Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or localized thunderstorms.
Strong to gale force winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and its coastal waters will be rough to very rough. Moderate to strong winds from the Southwest will prevail over Visayas with moderate to rough seas.
