About 800 student leaders and their advisers will participate in the orientation on July 12 and July 19 at the Capitol Social Hall of the Cebu Provincial Capitol.

Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) launched in the school year 2015- 2016 as a peer-based preventive education and information program that helps in educating students about the dangers of drug abuse. The BKD program is an annual activity supported financially by the Cebu Provincial Government with the guidance of CPADAO.

The orientation and seminar’s aim is to positively shape the perspective of elementary and high school student leaders regarding the issues of illegal drugs and so that they may propose programs that will tackle the problem of illegal drugs.
