7 Barangays Receives Mini Ambulance

7 barangays received emergency vehicles from the Cebu Provincial Government on June 15, 2018.

Cebu Gov. Hilario P. Davide III led the distribution of the mini-ambulances to the receiving barangays. Barangay Looc of Malabuyoc, Barangay Cabadiangan of Alcantara, Barangay Valencia of Alegria, Barangay Malalay of Ronda, Barangay Cambanog of Dumanjug, Barangay Matutinao of Badian, and Barangay Calabawan of Ginatilan were the receipients of the mini-ambulances.

Brgy. Captain Ricky Lendio of Valencia, Alegria, one of the recipients of the mini-ambulances said he was thankful and added that it will be a big help in emergency situations, making the transportation of patients to hospitals easier.

“Dako kaayu panginahanglan kay panahon nga adunay emerhensya kaniadtu maglisud ang barangay sa paghatud paingon sa lungsod gumikan kay walay sakyanan nga magamit,” said Lendio.

Also present in the ceremony are Cebu’s Seventh District Rep. Peter John Calderon, Alcantara Mayor Beatriz Caburnay, Ginatilan Mayor Dean Michael Sinco, and Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President Jerico Rubio. (Aljun Cainghog/Cebu Provincial Government)
