5 Arrested Inside a Drug Den in Talisay

A drug den was dismantled in Talisay City after a anti-illegal drug operation was launched leading to the arrest of five persons on Saturday, March 9, 2019.

The buy-bust operation was conducted in a drug den in Brgy. Candulawan, Talisay City. Philippine Drug Enforcements Agency Regional Office (PDEA RO 7) and Talisay Police Station launched the operation around 11:00 pm.

The operatives arrested the drug den maintainer Roland R. Bacacho, 44.

While drug den visitors: Rodulfo L. Capistrano Jr., 25; Anthony A. Labajo, 35; Delmar C. Tantiado, 26; and Martin N. Catubig, 20 were also arrested in the operation.

Recovered in the operation were 19 packs of suspected crystal meth locally known as “shabu” with an estimate weight of 12 grams and had a market value of P81,600, two cellphones, assorted drug paraphernalia, P800 cash. (ASC)
