1 Minor and 4 Others Nabbed Inside a Drug Den

A minor and 4 others were arrested inside a drug den after a buy-bust operation was conducted on a Tuesday evening in Brgy. Sawang Calero, Cebu City,January 29, 2019.

Around 9:00 pm, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office (PDEA RO) 7 and Pasil Police Station operatives launched a buy-bust operation after verifying that there is drug den in the area.

Inside the drug den were 5 individuals and were arrested immediately after the poseur buyer transacted with the target of the operation.

Police identified the drug den maintainer as Fernando M. Intog.

Meanwhile, visitors of the drug den were also handcuffed and were identified as Jake R. Mercado, Jay Opnir G. Sabrido, Ricardo E. Jurado.

A seventeen-year-old male was also arrested in the operation.

The operatives recovered of 24 packs of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride also locally known as ‘shabu’ that had a estimated total weight of 12 grams with a Dangerous Drugs Board value of P81,600 and different drug paraphernalias. (ASC)
